Prior to establishing Montana 406 Business Brokers INC, Steve worked as a Real Estate Associate for both California Outdoor Properties and Tahoe Truckee Homes selling both homes and ranches. His experience with selling businesses is quite impressive. He was awarded both “Rookie of the Year” Reno/Sacramento Office and “Top Listing Agent” Reno Office for 2013 while working for BTI in Reno, Nevada selling business opportunities. Steve owned and successfully operated a full-service Plant Nursery in the Valley that provided landscaping and maintenance and included a gift store with a fully operational floral department for over 17 years. Additionally, he successfully owned his own farming operation prior to purchasing the Nursery. He has developed a solid knowledge in all aspects of business with his extensive experience which he now brings to Montana 406 Business Brokers INC. He says it like it is. Kathie Santens
Office Manager
Kathie grew up in Woodland California. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration. She worked for 17 years at the University of California at Davis. Kathie then joined her husband, Steve, working at a Plant Nursery in the Valley as part owner and manager for the next 12 years. In 2018, she and her husband Steve formed Montana 406 Business Brokers, INC. She is now the Office Manager. Kathie and her husband have 3 wonderful children who all love to spend time outdoors together as a family.
